Permanent lights · new for 2026
The best-lit house on the street.
Without you on a ladder.
Not the lights your neighbors bought at the hardware store. Every light we hang is smart: 16 million colors, moving effects, music sync, all run from an app on your phone. We install it once and it stays up for good, tucked under your roof edge where you barely see it by day. Every holiday after that is two taps on your phone. Priced by the foot, so you know the number before anyone climbs anything.
Tap a holiday. That's what the app does from your phone, in about two seconds.
Just for the holidays
Up in November. Down in January.
Not everybody wants a system on their house forever, and that is fine. We hang regular Christmas lights too, and the January takedown is already in the price either way. You never get on a ladder and you never wrestle a tangled box in the cold.
Seasonal work books up first. Once the roofs freeze we stop hanging, so get on the calendar early.
Pick your system
Three ways to light a house. All of them permanent.
We hang one kind of light: the kind that stays up. It goes on once, it disappears into the roofline in daylight, and from then on your house does Christmas, the Fourth, Halloween, game day or plain warm white, whenever you feel like it. The only question is which of the three.
What actually separates them
All three stay up year round, run off the same app, do 16 million colors and carry the same warranty. The differences come down to three things: how bright each light is, how close together they sit, and how many colors one light can hold at once.
Why these lights
Lights you actually get to play with
Nearly every light we hang is full color. Not one color you're stuck with for the season, and not white-only. Any color you can think of, in every bulb, plus built-in shows that move, and you change the whole thing from your phone in two seconds.
Regular Christmas lights do one thing. These do whatever you want, whenever you want, and you never have to go outside to change them.
Projectors, yard and add-onsProjectors, decor, yard and patio
Tick anything you want and it lands in your price below. Each price is installed, and all of it is full color with its own shows and effects, run from the same app as your roofline.
Projectors
One stake in the lawn. The whole front lights up.
Holiday decor
Trees, bushes, railings and windows
Window lights go on glass we just cleaned. That's the whole idea.
Yard lighting
Walkways, trees and the front of the house
Stays up all year. Holiday colors in December, soft white the rest of the time.
Wall lights, up-and-down wall washers and lamp post lights: we do those too, but they wire into your house, so a licensed electrician handles the wiring and we price them one at a time. Ask and we'll quote it.
Patio string lights
For the backyard, all summer

Track comes in 50 ft packages, so your price rounds up to the next 50. Just the front of most houses is 40 to 80 feet. The whole roofline is usually 120 to 200. Not sure? Text us your address and we'll measure it off the satellite for you.
Tick anything in the section above and it shows up here.

Straight answers
Holiday light questions
Who owns the lights?
You do. We buy them for your house, install them, and they're yours. Nothing comes down in January and nothing goes in your garage.
Do I need to download anything?
Just the app, and we set it up on your phone before we leave. You can change colors, set a schedule, or run effects from anywhere. Voice control works with Alexa and Google too.
Does it count toward the referral program?
Yes. If a friend sends you, tell us who and they earn 15% of your job as credit on their account. If you're already a customer and you send a neighbor our way, their lights count for you the same way. How referrals work.
Do the early bird and referral discounts stack?
No. You get whichever is better, and whoever sent you still earns their credit either way.
What's the warranty on permanent lights?
2 years, parts and labor, from the day we install. If a light, the track, the controller or anything we wired stops working, we come back and fix or replace it at no charge. It doesn't cover damage from storms, falling ice, or someone else working on the roof.
How long do the lights themselves last?
The lights are rated for 50,000 hours and carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty on top of our own 2-year parts and labor warranty on the install. Run them four hours a night and 50,000 hours is decades, not years.
Will you damage my roof or gutters?
The track mounts under the roof edge with small screws, never through your shingles. We walk you through exactly where it goes before we start.
Can I get my windows cleaned at the same time?
Yes, and it's the smart way to do it. We're already at your house with ladders out. Add it in the quote form and we'll do both in one visit.
